Meet Erica Ng! As our Director of Recruitment, it is her goal to continue growing the legacy of the organization by supporting our leadership team and inviting quality individuals to be a part of the MassMutual Eastern PA family. Erica has spent the past 11 years in the financial services industry, connecting talent with opportunity. 6 of those years with MMEPA! When she is not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her two children at the beach or lake house. She also loves to ride in their Slingshot and play golf (however she claims she’s not very good.)

What was your first job ever? What did you like/dislike about it?
Nursing. Interacting with patients. Dislike the emotional strain. I prefer a more sociable environment.
Where is one of your favorite places to travel to, and why?
Thailand, Phuket most amazing place on EARTH!
What causes or community services do you have a passion for?
Volunteer at my kid's schools
