This link leads to machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. These files include negotiated service rates between Cigna health plans offered at MassMutual and Cigna’s in-network healthcare providers, as well as allowed amounts for out-of-network healthcare providers.
